How often do you lubricate the linear rails on your machine?

I've put in about 42 hours and I'm starting to think its near time to add some lubrication.

Do you fully disassemble the gantry for this or are you just wiping more on?

I used Polyrex EP 2 for mine.

I know of people that have thousands of hours of printing that never relubed their rails and their printers are just fine. There is a guideline on Hiwin documentation that specifies relubing after a certain amount of kilometers of travel, but truth be told: 3d printing isn't a high load application, so we can get away being more complacent.

I think I do mine like once a year'ish or every say 3000 hours.
