print is skewd on corners of calibration cube

I'm new to Core XY and I built a Voron Trident. Not from a kit but sourced all the parts myself.
I'm using a PI 4, fysetc spider 3.0 connected by usb to can, ebb sb2209 (rp2040) CAN and a btt eddy using can via the sb2209.
Im having issues printing. I've managed to print a flat sheet. So I thought the next thing was to calibrate X and Y. So I printed a 20mm cube.
Just the back left and front right corners (from above) are skewed. The other 2 corners a perfect.
I've deracked (without belts), set the tension to so that there is no racking caused by the belt tension. With the printer off and pushing the gantry there is a little left to right movement of the head.
How do I get rid of this movement and how do I fix this print issue?

I saw this thread earlier. You may be having a similar issue to this guy:

Was the top left corner in the 2nd image where the seam was? It looks to me like you're over extruding by quite a lot so check that when you extrude 100mm you are actually using exactly 100mm of filament. Have you been through the tuning guide on the Voron site? There's tons of useful tuning info in there and when you've gone through then if there still are issues it will be a lot easier to diagnose them.
