Hello everybody.
I own a Voron Trident for about two weeks now. I bought the LDO kit RevD with Leviathan and Nitehawk boards. It prints beautifuly and flawlessly,... exept it randomly freezes/halts when printing. So far I have printed only PLA, so no high temps yet(nozzle=215˚C, bed=60˚C). After 20, 35, 60, 80min,... It must be a reason that it stops printing but I can not find it and boy I have tried to find the flaw. I checked all the logs in Klipper(klippy, moonraker, fluidd,..), logs on RPi 3B+, journalctl, dmesg and I can not see any errors.
I am running RPi OS, fully updated and same for Klipper and other modules. I have searched on the internet for all the possible reasons and tried them. I changed USB cables from Leviathan to RPi, connected to different USB ports with three different cables. I tried unplugging power supply from Leviathan to RPi and I gave separate power adapter to RPi micro USB with 3A rating with same results. I reinstalled RPi OS to a different USB thumb drive and even tried in different USB ports,... still the same. I even soaked RPi in contact cleaner and dried it,....
RPi is running at 40˚C when control fan are running, when they are not(idle), it is at 50˚C.
Please help me out. What else should I try and which logs do you want me to upload here?
Thank you in advance for all your help.
