hi all,

i'm having a very hard time with my voron v0 build. i have a problem that goes on for months now and i can't find the solution. i'm almost at the point of giving up. maybe you can help me. (and i build my voron 2.4 around 4 years ago. so i'm not new to building vorons).

the problem:
i have random disconnects between the rasperry pi + the mainboard (skr pico). they can happen after minutes or after ours. they happen mid-print without me doing anything and they happen after a print (heaters, fans are off) when i touch something or shut the door. it seems like i can provoke this issue when i hold a multimeter between two metals and try that a few times. chatgpt says there's electrical interference in my setup and my multimeter tips work like antennas for this issue.
i never saw any undervoltage in the logs. and i can provoke this error with the multimeter even in idle (no fans, no heaters, no nothing - with the bare minimum even connected). it takes longer to provoke but it works. so in that case, only the boards got power.

my setup:
i have a raspberry pi 4, skr pico, btt u2c can board, btt ebb-36 toolhead can board and a klipper extender. the pi is connected via usb to u2c, the klipper extender, the display and in earlier tries also to the skr pico. right now, it's connected to the pico via uart (gpio pins) without the 5v. the pi is powered via usb by a stepdown converter (tobsun) 24v -> 5v.

what i tried so far:
- powering pi from skr pico via uart
- powering pi with stepdown converter
- powering pi with an external power supply via usb
- connecting pi to skr via usb (with and without the 5v line severed)
- connecting pi to skr via uart (without the 5v line)
- added ferrite cores to all usb cables
- checked psu max output: it needs around 100 watts peak for the meanwell 150w (since i limited the bed/hotend heater to 60%)
- disconnected my (AC) earth ground from the extrusions
- replaced skr pico
- disconnected display + camera
- switched around usb ports
- twisted wires for uart
- .... probably more....

maybe you can help me. that would be awesome :)
