Oh and also check the bearings. Ensure they are seated correctly and there are no rough spots as they rotate. I use a pencil inside and spin them. Also good to double check the needle bearings in the idler side are lubed up and running smoothly.
Perfect approach. Yes it is important to check the backlash at multiple locations for sure. If it varies too much you'll need to replace, otherwise ensuring the closest point has no binding will likely be enough. If the extruder is removed you might even be able to spot the eccentricity as you...
Lots of great tips here and you are right it is related to the extruder. Because it happens the same at high and low fédérâtes i would say ot is not a hotend, filament feed or other issue.
The most common possible causes in a CW2 are: 1. The gear mesh adjustment screw is too far out. This is...
Also take a look at the bed adhesion and first layer tuning sections in the guide. You shouldn't need any kapton tape or abs slurry for good adhesion with that bed. Clean the bed with dish soap and water too. That works way better than alcohol.
This is certainly a thermistor issue. Either the wiring from the mcu to the thermistor or the thermistor itself. If you have already tried replacing all connectors and wiring to the thermistor the next step would be to add a new thermistor to the bed and use that one instead.
It would be good to see the config file and I would start by working your way through this list.

Yours might be a mechanical or wiring issue with the A motor. (Right hand side motor)
I haven't had the best luck with PLA in pei myself but I know it's popular for others. How are you cleaning the pei? What's your first layer print speed? Have you tried scuffing the smooth pei a bit? Is there no adhesion at all? As in it's just balling up on nozzle or similar?
For sure back and deck panels. I also changed out the spring steel sheet and pei, X, Y and E motors, belts, motor pulleys, bearings, x linear rail and some other minor stuff.
Run a `PROBE_ACCURACY` in each corner at the qgl probe points. We are aiming for a standard deviation (SD) of under 0.003. If the SDs are all bad than a probe/toolhead issue is more likely. If one or two corners are worse than others an isolated Z motion issue is more likely.
Z issues:

Yes it certainly is. It just requires the X carriage labeled SW from the Stealthburner GitHub repo and should otherwise be a fairly standard install according to the Stealthburner Manual.
Good question. Some people using the mod with the inductive probe have had a far enough sense distance that with the probe at the lowest position it's still working ok. Most people using it are doing so with klicky which seems to work fine by dropping the mount in the slots a tiny bit. It may...
