10 printers in the house, 8 are vorons. I do print a lot of parts too but not all machines are busy, recently just 2-3 at a time.

PA should be between 0.04 and 0.06 on cw1 or 2 running abs. Is the corner pictured the corner where the seam is going down? Square corner velocity 5 should be a safe value to use. Also give this a try for tuning it in: https://ellis3dp.com/Pressure_Linear_Advance_Tool/

Luminous Orange Fillamentum ABS is the best orange. It hurts to look at. I loved it so much that I purchased several other colors to try. All print very well but most have a very very glossy finish which is not forgiving.

Comparing it to KVP it is a little more Matte looking once printed. Between KVP and abs+. Its extremely well priced and prints well.

Nicest ASA I have personally used. If it were cheaper I would use it more often :)

Probably the most glossy black after fillamentum black abs. For the price you would expect issues, but it seems consistent in diameter and prints well.

I have not tried it in a couple of years, but for me it was very hard to get prints on the edges of the plate that did not have corner warp.

I've only tested a couple rolls of their abs. It prints well but seems almost rigid like PLA which is maybe good or bad. The black ASA is a very very dark gray color and its become my go-to on parts I print for myself.

KVP is still my go to for all accent choices and after trying a few 5lb rolls for black it is back on the menu. I've printed well over 200kg of KVP and maybe had 3 bad colorant spools which KVP replaced for me with no question. There is nobody else out there with the color selection KVP has...

I've printed about 350kg of abs+ black and it is my favorite black. From time to time I see people complain that it is not strong or they have print issues, but that has not been my experience at all. It has a very flat black appearance that looks really awesome in a built printer.

It prints well but It sticks so well that it destroys the plate. I ordered a lot of it since the color selection is really good but ended up selling it at a discount for another member. If you are having adhesion issues with other ABS, I would give it a go. Even with shipping from Canada to...

I purchased a good amount of it and maybe used 25kg so far. It prints well and it is consistent. Would recommend.
