When i first built my v2.2 i had this happen a lot, i just got in the habit of bringing the rear part of the gantry up manually before turning the printer on.
First time i saw the QGL fail because of this i was super lost 🫣, took me an hour to realize its a common occurrence.
I know many of you have been waiting for this toolhead, Preorders just opened up and we expect to ship them out in 12-14 days hopefully if there are no delays. This is the same as Nitehawk SB but in a different form factor for a more universal fit and also has USB passthrough for things like...
Its because most rails these days are Stainless Steel, the extrusions are aluminum and we need to add a 3rd metal to counteract heat expansion. Titanium is the lightest one of them all with the right properties to function as a backer. the GitHub is full of great tests made by Whooping.
Its usable but not the standard configuration. like others have said SKR 3 is meant for 5 drivers, the Trident needs 6 but you can get away with it by running a Can or Nitehawk toolhead which has a driver built in for the extruder. they basically function like their own mini MCU, SKR 3 would...

Quality fans right there :) we have 3 versions of the 5015 depending how much cooling you need, some of them require the 3rd pwm pin to be installed for it to work properly. the standard 2 wire one works like normal fans with pwm control but flows better than most 5015's at that rpm.
Like others said, ABS+ is a blend of abs and other things. I think it may have some petg in it.
Pro’s:
-easy to print
-low warping if any
-beautiful mat black look when printed at the right temp
Cons:
-layer adhesion strength
-lower heat deflection than pure abs
-requires more cooling when...

100 hours sounds low for wiring problems, maybe internally in the motor or something.
Try extruding a large amount and wiggling cables near the toolhead and the wire chain to see if it does that sound. That should narrow it down.
Ive also seen some of these pancake motors be weak where you...
For beds in germany check 3do.dk they sell Honeybadger which is manufactured by us. Try to get a semi satin or textured bed they work great with abs.
Fermio makes great parts so that should not be the issue, the 8500 on the fan sounds average and should work good enough. Is it a 24v fan...
