I ordered parts from KB3D and their pulleys were gates brand. Their pins / shafts were cut and fit perfectly in the pulleys. There will be some tolerances and a drill with sandpaper can adjust the pins to fit better.

I run one on my V0 and it’s been working well. Newer boards do have more port options, but the expander is a good solution for those running older boards like the SKR Mini e3 v2.
I just picked up a few spools of their ASA. This will be my first time using Polymaker and ASA. For the cardboard spools, I printed some spool rings that greatly reduce the friction of the spools.
Any tips in printing their ASA? Temp, etc

FYI, you may want to add the bed mesh / adaptive bed mesh to your print start and not your G32, just in case you want to run G32 to Home the printer and not call the bed mesh in the process.
