CW2 Gone Bad
I had a similar experience. Rebuilt the cw2 twice. Replace the gears as I had been printing carbon fibre and thought the teeth may have been slightly blunted. Still slipping regardless of how much I tightened the screw. Eventually, I realised that the latch shuttle was too long by about 0.4mm...- hidara
