    Sorry for the late reply, "After unplugging everything applying 24V, putting BOOT0 jumper, flash via DFU" at this point I was able to flash the board and continue with the build. Hope this helps

    Update: After unplugging everything applying 24V, putting BOOT0 jumper, flash via DFU still says the same thing however.....I now have an ID for my MCU!
