Hey, just wanted to follow up with this. My bad. I forgot the antenna and that fixed the connection issue. After that, I tested the movements and had the A stepper driver not inserted properly. Now thats all good and I have control of all the motors now. Next year, I'll get to configuring it.

Just finished the build and powering up for the first time. Siboor Voron 2.4r2, Aug 2023 edition. Going through the instructions... Step one, power up. Step two, connect to internet. Step three, initialize troubleshooter... Ah, how can I get the IP address?
