Untill the promised highflow nozzles for revo come out it does not go fast. I'm swapping in a copperhead and 0.6 CHT to print chonky stuff. I've capped the vol flow at 34mm3/s for reliability, which is stil 175mm/s with a 0.3mm layer height and it seems to be doing ok. I've not actually flow...

I found I had to hit PEI sheets with a scuff pad every now and again when printing PLA, particulalry if I've been printing anything else. I use a maroon mirka pad, I think that's the same colour code as 3m/scotchbrite and 00/000 steel wool equivalent maybe? I'm running really low accelerations...

I thik find a good mod, post it on here should be a thing. Getting my toolhead accepted onto voron users was fairly brutal, it was great to have extra sets of eyese looking at printability in ways I didn't think about, and overall the quality went up, but this isn't upheald across the board.
