Before chasing wiring, I’d double-check Raspberry’s power delivery (real 5.1–5.2 V under load, not just at the PSU), try a clean 32-bit Raspberry Pi OS install, and disable unused services (Bluetooth, HDMI, Wi-Fi if not needed). Random freezes + lost web UI usually point to the Pi locking up...
