I'm not 100% sure that 8T/6T is supported, but i'm fairly certain it can then also be used with the 10T. Probably best to quickly ask in the armchair engineering discord.

Both Extruder Variants use the nema14 extruder. In your case I would simply reuse your existing one, you still could upgrade to a 8t or 6t later on. If going with wwbmg from thor make sure you use the usermod for smaller gear tooth counts, then you don't have reprint that later on.

At first: Yes that's pretty much offtopic and it's not voron related or even klipper related. If you're still using marlin (most printers come with it) you're probably out of luck here, as most vorons use klipper and rrf.

Hello! Yes it looks like the manta 8p v1.0 does not have canbus onboard. You need an u2c or utoc as adapter for your pi (or pi replacement-> cb1) so it can understand canbus. Imagine like a usb network dongle but for canbus.
To use the btt pi "canbus" pins you would need the u2c onboard module. It does not have native canbus support without that module. You can use the octopus in canbridge mode, but it can be troublesome as all mainboard communication is then "flowing" over canbus, that may too much for the btt pi...
