Old post but... It depends on your prints, My opinion is, Its fine as long as you print with conservative accelerations. You will have more ringing issues. So you need to lower acellerations. If your just printing rounded rectangles then you can still print fast.

Pressure advance too high? or maybe you are doubling up on pressure advance by also having the slicer add some ooze control at seams.

If you open a 3mf file it contains print settings as well. I dont really know how that works though, maybe it only shows up under certain circumstances, link opening a file through explorer instead of the slicer.
