i just had this problem, i fixed it by commenting out "dtoverlay=vc4-kms-v3d", and then add right at the end add display_lcd_rotate=2 dtoverlay=rpi-ft5406,touchscreen-inverted-x=1,touchscreen-inverted-y=1 this worked for me, if you dont comment out that previous part it wont work, at least it...
