That printer is open source and still available to download on Ultimaker's github: https://github.com/Ultimaker/UltimakerOriginal/

The board isn't there anymore, but is also on the repository, and there's a copy of it on Reprap's wiki: https://reprap.org/wiki/Ultimaker's_v1.5.7_PCB (remember that it is a shield for an Arduino Mega)
