Ordered the Voron 2.4revD kit from Fabreeko. Leviathan 1.3, Nitehawk-SB. I'm having an odd issue that I'm hoping someone can help me with.

I couldn't get it to connect so I tried updating klipper. I can confirm that it is running klipper per ls /dev/serial/by-id/ but it still wouldn't load in mainsail. MCU error. I tried wiping everything and reflashing and it worked! Messed with my config file a little, restarted, and it was gone again. No amount of restarting fixed it. But, if I put it back in bootsel, then power cycle, it would show up again ...until it's restarted.

That's the loop. It won't connect, I power cycle it and put it in bootsel, power cycle it again and it will connect. It's extremely annoying because anytime I want to make any configuration changes I have to go through that dance.

I've reflashed klipper and even katapult several times. No change, that behavior remains.

Anyone else have this experience or know what's going wrong? Thank you!

There's been a few iterations of weird startup issues with the nitehawk. this guide may be applicable, though I don't know where to find it other than the discord (if you're on the discord, check the pins in #ldo)

Thank you. Sadly, I can always see the correct ID. Even when I can't connect, when I list devices by id, I always get the correct ID even when getting the MCU failed to connect message.
