You could try to add custom flags ins crowsnest.conf

I don't remeber exactly how but I managed to set a fixed focus for my c920 in this way. Maybe you can find more details on the web
Anyhow, this cam didnt work for me since I've got only kinda 3 or 5 FPS from it, so I switched camera model
