Question MCU 'nhk' shut shut down: ADC out of range

Ho-whizzle

Well-known member
Hello,
I have a problem simialr to other in the forum commnity about ADC out of range but I am unable to fix it so I hope to get some help.

The MCU in the title is the LDO Nighthawk SB and I have recently build klipper and mainsail from scratch I found a few bugs I couldnt fix so I started fresh.

Long story it started well with a resonable 3hr print and it shut down with the error within 2.5 hours (yes, very fustrating when you're so close in finishing) and now everytime I try to start a print it will shut down stating the issue is relatinng to sensor in the 'temperature_sensor chamber temp' section. I have twerked a few times but unable to fix it.

I have attached a screenshot, config file and kllipper log (Google-Drive link below) for your use. hope this helps and hope to get a solution to this.

chamber temp suddenly reading -30 just about HAS to be a physical issue. Something is happening that's disconnecting that sensor. (that negative reading you're getting is it just seeing a completely disconnected sensor. So your fix is going to be replacing whatever bit of wiring, or the thermistor itself that's bad.
