Hey guys I'm having issues with diagonal lines on the exterior of my prints and I can't seem to nail down the issue. It's as if it's over extruding and then tapering off and keeps doing it in pattern. I'm hoping this is some silly mistake I made. I've checked my belt tension, took filament out of ptfe tube to relieve all tension, recalibrated my e-steps, calibrated flow, pressure advance, turned off input calibration and can't seem to nail down the issue. I wasn't having this issue when I first built machine a few months ago so I do think it's something I did. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Also I'm getting these wavy lines on the first layer as its printing, it doesn't matter what I have the offset at if its a little too high I'm getting it, little too low I'm getting an kind of squiggly line as well. Belts seem to be fine through the pulleys and idlers.

My setup: Voron Trident 350 Clockwork 2 Extruder DropEffect next G hotend (had same issue with Revo hotend)
