Voron 2.4 Rev D part in kit not working, who is responsible to replace

Hi to all. I just bought an LDO Voron 2.4 Rev D 350mm Kit and after cleaning all the linear rails that came with it, The SLR12-H bearing is not sliding freely on the rail and is binding sometimes. I tried to find who makes this product (Kit) but there seems to be none. In this case who would be responsible to replace the part. Anyone in the forum has anything similar issue on their kit? Thanks for any input.

Your reseller ultimately will help with a replacement l.
How is it not sliding freely? Is it simply not falling under it's own weight after greasing or what?

Not moving freely is a poor test for rails, because rails with medium preload (the ones preferred on Voron builds) does not pass this test and are perfectly fine. As for binding, I must ask how well you have cleaned your rails first. On any case your reseller is responsible for replacements. Remember that VORON Design devs does not sell nor does them endorse any kit on the market.

Can you show video or describe what you mean by "not moving freely" and how are they binding? If you mean carriages don't fall by their own weight, that's not a good test.
If they are crunchy or you feel resistance when moving carriage with your fingers, that's a concern.

Not freely as in will not roll down on it's own weight even if the rail is vertical. If I lift the carrier body, it will lift the rail without sliding. To clean it, I soaked it in 91% Isopropyl alcohol then slide the carrier vigorously to move the ball bearings. I used white Lithium Grease. Thanks for the replies.
