I have an XOL toolhead and Revo PZ has worked perfectly for me. Everything printed in ABS. I find my first layer is spot on without any adjustment. It's a revelation changing nozzle or bed and it still works without calibration.
I'm very happy with it.
The instructions suggest finding a MAX value and a MIN value of driver_SGTHRS where the virtual endstop is triggered and then you set the final value at the midpoint. I guess its no too important if it works
My first attempt at sensorless homing a couple of years ago was a failure as I just couldnt get it to work.
Due to a stupid mistake on my part, I have recently had to reinstall clipper and rebuild my configuration.
I decided to try sensorless again using...
It's a year since I followed the same path as you. Took me a month to build it but its well worth it. Great for ABS. I changed to canbus fairly easily after it was working initially.
I have just finished building my Voron 2.4 350mm. It is my third printer and I built my first one (Prusa Mk3). It's taken me about 2 months although I did have a couple of holidays during that time
I didn't find it that difficult. The instructions are excellent just follow them step by...
Can I ask a slightly different question? I have a Revo extruder on my Voron 2.4. I am looking at the BTT SB2240 and the Mellow SB2040 toolhead boards to implement CanBus.
Both these boards say they work with PT100 and PT1000 thermistors but I cant find any information whether they will...
Thanks, thats really helpful. Its also similar to the advice I was given by the person I bought the kit from.
Unforunately I have had to retire to my bed feeling unwell so I cant check it out till tomorrow when I hope ill be feeling better

I have spent 2 days trying to get Klipper to work
I keep getting this
I have checked and double checked everything and done a clean installation twice
When I run ls /dev/serial/by-id I get this
pi@mainsailos:~ $ ls /dev/serial/by-id
usb-Klipper_stm32f446xx_1F000A000550314D35323820-if00...
Thanks but I've sorted it. The problem was with the cable - or to be more accurate, with my inability to read the instructions. The cable has different plug connections at each end as the pins are different between the Tap PCB and the toolhead board. I reversed the cable and all is now OK...
I have now managed to access Discord but this forum is now the problem
Every time I post I get a message saying the post is awaiting approval. However, no-one seems to approve it so my posts disappear. Is there a moderator who can check this for me?
