I set the uart_pin to nhk:gpio0 and gear ratio back to 50:10. Extruder works fine now. Only a slight adjustment in the rotation_distance needed. Thanks all for your help.

Problem solved. When calibrating the extruder I found that gear_ratio 50:10 (for Stealthburner/Clockwork 2) did not match. I updated it to 15:20 and now the extrusion commands result in the correct extrusion in reality. And miraculously, the layer shift problem is solved. I wonder what the...
