Layer shift along X and Y at third layer

Hi,
Newbie here. I’ve just built my LDO Voron 2.4 R2 Rev D. It has:
• Clockwork 2
• Stealthburner
• Revo E3D extruder 0.6 nozzle
• Nitehawk
• Leviathan 1.3
When I tried my first print (a cube in OrcaSlicer) the printhead skipped about 15mm along the X-axis and along the Y-axis when printing the third layer. See enclosed picture. It seems to be a physical displacement as if the motors or belts skip. Not a displacement controlled by the software.
I retried with different parameters in Orcaslicer (speeds, infills, z-hops, nozzle temps etc.), different objects, but to no avail. I also checked the grub screws on all the motors and de-racked the gantry.
I ultimately decided to disassemble the entire Stealthburner, retension the XY- and Z-belts and recalibrate the printer following the Voron build documentation. After remounting the Stealthburner the problem still exists. Now I'm at my wit's end.
I’d be very grateful for any tips to solve this problem.
Cheers,
Henk

Hi, can you post your printer config file, especially the XY motor sections, your stepper driver or MCU, what motors you hhave (it's etched on the bottom usually) and photos of your belt routing from back of the printer? You may need to remove back panel.

Thanks for your reply. I have enclosed the full printer.cfg and the pictures.
What puzzles me is that the shift always occurs on the exact same spot. I've made dozens of attempts with cubes and cylinders and various locations on the printbed. The printhead always shifts on the third layer on the top left corner.

Belt path, post a picture of the back of the printer, of course you have to remove the panel

Problem solved. When calibrating the extruder I found that gear_ratio 50:10 (for Stealthburner/Clockwork 2) did not match. I updated it to 15:20 and now the extrusion commands result in the correct extrusion in reality. And miraculously, the layer shift problem is solved. I wonder what the relationship is between the extruder stepper and the XY steppers.

That gear ration makes no sense at all, purpose of the gearing ratios is to make fast spinning motor have more torque. Something is very very off in your setup. Post whole printer.cfg please. There is no relationship between XY steppers and extruder.

Your TMC2209 extruder is configured incorrectly, which will cause all sorts of extrusion issues.

You have: uart_pin: PD11

You should have : uart_pin: nhk:gpio0

Then set your gear ratio back to standard and recalibrate the extruder.

I suspect your layer shifts were a byproduct of over/underextrusion.
