Hi,
Newbie here. I’ve just built my LDO Voron 2.4 R2 Rev D. It has:
• Clockwork 2
• Stealthburner
• Revo E3D extruder 0.6 nozzle
• Nitehawk
• Leviathan 1.3
When I tried my first print (a cube in OrcaSlicer) the printhead skipped about 15mm along the X-axis and along the Y-axis when printing the third layer. See enclosed picture. It seems to be a physical displacement as if the motors or belts skip. Not a displacement controlled by the software.
I retried with different parameters in Orcaslicer (speeds, infills, z-hops, nozzle temps etc.), different objects, but to no avail. I also checked the grub screws on all the motors and de-racked the gantry.
I ultimately decided to disassemble the entire Stealthburner, retension the XY- and Z-belts and recalibrate the printer following the Voron build documentation. After remounting the Stealthburner the problem still exists. Now I'm at my wit's end.
I’d be very grateful for any tips to solve this problem.
Cheers,
Henk
