Currently this seems like ok solution to secure usb-cable connector to the toolhead. The cable is attached to the printed strain relief part with cable ties.
I believe the temperature readings were within 2 degrees C compared to my room temperature. Now my voron uses LDO Nitehawk USB toolboard. There i have similar problem: temperature says 30 and room temp is around 24°C. But that is another topic to tune and for me ask.

Hello, sorry to for commenting old thread but i also have similar problem. Is there a STL file somewhere, what you could print and use to secure the usb-cable to the toolhead for Nitehawk-SB and Galileo 2 for Stealthburner ?

Ok, CAN connection is working. The starting end is connected as shown in the picture. One end directly to the BTT Pi board. Yellow cable to the left and green to the right. Configuring the CAN bus took more time and understanding than I would have liked... but now it works.
Hello, i have Spider v2.3 which has CAN-connector and BTT PI v1.2, which also comes with a CAN connector. Should i connect my CAN toolhead to the control board or to the Pi computer's CAN connector?

I have difficulty of finding answer for dip switsches for my Bitechtree SB2240 canbus with Phaetus Rapido hotend. Rapido uses 104nt-4-r025h42g thermistorwith two wires. So should I select PT100 or PT1000 settings.
