I'll pop the back off and have a feel of the motors next time its up to temp and running. Given how hot my enclosure gets maybe I need more ventilation in the back for the electrics.

If we make some assumptions based on the clean prints
Your rails are running smooth - you cannot feel any grittiness on them.
You have dimensional accuracy and are not experiencing layer shifts so the belts check out.
You have tried this with other (dry) filaments and the results...
