Thanks NoGuru, Good to know I'm not missing the obvious. Reran the two part print this morning - printed fine. I'll pop the back off and have a feel of the motors next time its up to temp and running. Given how hot my enclosure gets maybe I need more ventilation in the back for the electrics.
