Following back up to this, my root issue was the stock Siboor rails. Replaced them with some higher quality ones and re-ran IS. Issues gone!- r38007

From some research on my own it seems like the fact my Y chart shows a spike in X means "something" is moving on X when it should not. I do see a bit of play in the X rail. Can't find anything else up with printhead so I have a new rail on the way to try out. Would a frame squaring issue cause...- r38007
