I went from a mini to a 350 LDO 2.4 as my first build... LOVED IT. As soon as I finished my 2.4, I immediately built a formbot 02.
and now obviously a Trident is up next, I am just hem hawing on the specifics before I pull the trigger.
Couldn't deal with the dinky little screen. It was cute and all, but I missed Klipperscreen, and wanted the same UI as its big brother.
Canabalized the Pi Screen off my kippered Ender 3 and found a nice mount that worked great with the stock 02 skirts.
The screen plugs in via USB, but the included USB-C cable is monstrous looking when it pokes out the side on the front of your skirts; I hacked up an old USB cable and connected it to the backside of the screen with Dupont connectors. after you flash the firmware it shows up alongside your MCU...
BT- you can check my full configs on GitHub! (there is a link to the instructions on how to sync them to git in the readme; it's awesome- just be sure to add your octoeverywhere settings to the gitignore so your API key isn't publicly exposed, lol ask me how I know)...
Sure, they are esun filament bags from Amazon. Came with a little electric pump that’s pretty sweet. Couldn’t imagine using the manual hand pump version.

Bed installed.
Boos looks unimpressed while I work on the extruder.
Strugglebussing my way through interpreting Moon label before I remember Motor schematics were the one docs Formbot thought to include.
Getting closer!
Panels, Door, and Topcoat in place!
This cable was killing...
Bed attached. While I appreciate formbot tossing this part in, note that it's only THIS PART they toss in. Maple Leaf Makers video was somewhat helpful in figuring this mostly out.
I printed the STLS for the bed, the LEO wiring harness with neopixel I ordered from a vendor I am not gonna...
V0.2 Kit from formbot, with a Phateus Dragon hotted and Self printed parts in Paramount 3D Beige ABS and Polymaker Sparkle Teal ABS accents.
Overall, I'm glad I built an LDO kit first, though the 0.2 is such a different beast than the 2.4. While I appreciate the build being small enough to...
Mxbrnr- Is there any way you could share the extruder section of your config file?
I finished my hardware build last night, but I'm just getting a buzz from the extruder stepper and I'd love to be able to cross reference a working config to help me troubleshoot.
Thanks!
