Oh i am no Linux guru, I can thoroughly trash a production system, but I can follow directions fairly well.....
in reality , I know enough Linux to get by but still fumble on basic stuff.

Success !!!
It CAN be done without a monitor and keyboard, at lease not one connected to the Pi.
I have another computer running Ubuntu and that is what I used.
I pulled the micro SD card from the Pi and looked for the /etc/shadow file. opened it up and looked for the user I wanted to change...
Yeah, I have seen this method elsewhere...... But.... I would need to set up a keyboard and monitor for the Pi. I am thinking it might be the only way? I need to find a micro HDMI to HDMI cable/adapter first.....

On edit: oh, wait. The StackExchange link shows something different...
I am putting this here as I am using Klipper, but feel free to move if necessary.
I am trying to recover my password for the RasPi running Klipper for my Voron V0. I need to be able to SSH into the RasPi to do some software upgrades. It is a RasPi 4 running Bookworm. I have read where I can add...
So.... A small update on this, and let me say that this is not 100% conclusive.
I tried the suggestion of grounding the extruder motor, and that did not do anything for me.
Here is how the MCUs are powered, and I do think it is a power issue, or grounding issue.
The power supply feeds 24V...
tl;dr How to get a Switchwire to use an MMU without loosing any/too much volume.
I have had my Switchwire for about a year now. It is a semi self sourced kit loosely based off the LDO kits. Even though it is not fully tuned in I think it is faster, and the quality is almost the same as my...
OK, thanks for the config.
I have a few questions if you have a minute.
I have my PZ Probe set on setting '0', or the default, and it will Home, and it will bed mesh. The bed mesh looks like ski slope, but that will be another thread.
Do I need to change the "z_offset" in the printer.cfg...
So, an update to this....
I finally updated all devices to V0.12.0-418, and it is worse.
Now I get maybe 1 out of 10 prints to fully print. I disabled the V0 Display to take that out of the equation so that only the RasPi, the Picobilical, and the main board , a SKR Pico , are running. I...
You may be on to something here. However instead of dropping the top layer line width , I dropped the top layer flow rate to 95%. That did make a noticeable difference, but still not quite there yet. I am going to start from scratch and double check everything from rotation distance to filament...
Going to start building a Trident 300 kit (LDO kit) in the next two weeks or so, and I was wondering what MODs would you do while building, as opposed to doing after. Since I am printing the parts for this I can print the parts for the MODs as I go.
Since working space for me is at a premium...
Need help tuning in a printer/filament
So, I am in the process of tuning in my V0.2-r2 (LDO kit), so I can print the parts for a Trident, and I am running into an issue with top layer surface finish.
The slicer I am using is Orca Slicer. I am printing Polymaker ASA in Orange and Black, both...
thanks for the video. I did see that option, but was disappointed that the names are fixed and can only have four.
What I am really looking for is a way to set the sheet option from Klipper Screen, sort of like how Prusa does it with their build sheets. You can select what sheet you are using...
