I've notice that second layer is squish to much but if I change offset then first layer is no longer that ideal.
edit made mistake and use offset for other plate.... First, second and so on is correct on top. Getting back to stringing when print finish nozzle stays in place for a while before...
Yes I did.
First layer is perfect and air tight.
max flow 24mm3/s with 0.4 max out round 25.5.
Travel 450
Accel 9000
Skew 0.12 with correction in place (califlower).
Input shaping calibration done.
advance pressure 0.025
orca slicer
wipe while retracting
retract on layer change
wipe distance...
Hello,
I am trying to finish setup of V0, I don't know if this is retraction setting or something else.
orbiter v2
Filament prusament asa natural
[firmware_retraction]
24 │ retract_length: 0.6
25 │ retract_speed: 45
After print is being finished this string artifact always appear.
Looks like my feet with filament sensor had to much to tolerance and violent filament pulse was energetic enough to shift filament path and depress the button. Sounds absurd but that's life.
The best way is to build your self tapping mechanism with led diode powered from battery.
My proof of concept requires:
circuit development board
9V battery
led diod 0.9v
1K resistor (to reduce voltage)
button 5x5mm, 4.3mm high
2 short cables.
* 3.3v battery in my case to be equal bright...
that's true, but removing tap is good idea less mass less complexity. Same for V0 you have ideal first layer for one sheet and nozzle and with this thing you can swap everything and don't care about distance.
Hi,
I've check that my setup is capable to push 25.6mm^3/s with e-sun abs so set the max_velocity: 300 (24mm^3/s). Unfortunately after this its pause print at random and I have no idea how to debug why its happening.
Electronic chamber is not overheating I've put ther 2x fans at rpi and 1 at...
Thanks for adding additional 5 cents I appreciate every opinion. Since Voron is very time consuming to build I would like to do it on first shot instead rebuilding constantly ;-)
CAN is pretty easy to debug standard more problematic thing would be find documents describing communication...
Hello,
I am thinking about building voron.
1. What kit provider to choose (budget up to LDO) ?
2. What size is less problematic? (bed leveling, bed temperature, cons and pros of each size)?
3. Machine will be used mostly to print ASA, maybe ABS, will it handle medium, large or toll prints (with...
