Question 00000004 uv_cp=1(Undervoltage!), Grounding spot

Restintrip_

Hi, i've a voron 2.4 with stealthburner and a sb2040pro mellow, yesterday the printer was going fine, today after starting 2 print, randomly i get this error.
TMC 'extruder' reports error: GSTAT: 00000004 uv_cp=1(Undervoltage!)
Once the underlying issue is corrected, use the
"FIRMWARE_RESTART" command to reset the firmware, reload the
config, and restart the host software.
Printer is shutdown

the driver works fine, and also the extruder motor, someone has an idea about this error? i'm going crazy, maybe i need to ground the motor?
Yesterday it has printed for 8hr without any issue, today i cannot print nothing, that randomly the error appear.
Thanks in advice to all can help me!

EDIT:
Can a faulty fan GND connection cause this error? gnd are shared i think right?

EDIT 2:
After some days the error come back, as i have no free gnd pin on toolhead, can i use the mounting screw for grounding?
