Belt rubbing when gantry is all the way at the back

So my frame seems square but the belt wants to rub and there is a lot of resistance on the shuttle when the gantry is all the way to the rear.

What can I check to resolve this? Thank you

*actually seem to have mostly resolve this with tension adjustments. have a tensioning tool on the way to get perfect,
but there still seems to be some resistance
