I bought my BTT PI TFT50 in December 2023 and only just got round to building it March 2024. It seemed dead on arrival. Backlight lights up, no output on screen. I have tried 2 different RPi 3B+s, different cables and fresh OS Flashes. Nothing works.
I then go back and forth with BTT support for about 3 weeks and finally they offer me a coupon to rebuy. Except the coupon is $3.
Is this normal practice by BTT? Anyone else have similar experiences? Their website states 180 days warranty
