Dual 3KG spools with auto switching?

Hi everyone,
While I don't have a Voron (I use Bambu P1P and A1 minis), I thought this community would be the best to pose this question to.
In the past I've used Bambu's AMS to switch from one 1KG spool to the next when the first runs out. It worked well.
Now I'm using 3KG spools, but I can't find an auto filament switcher that can handle them. The Bambu AMS relied on rewinding the 1KG spools, only possible if they fit in the unit.

Does anyone have an auto switching setup with 3KG spools?

Yes, but none of what works for VORON works for Bambu. Bambu has their own closed ecosystem they let noone else in. If you need support for 3 kg spools, sadly you will need to ask them to make their own solution for this.

https://infinityflow3d.com/products/s1-plus-automatic-filament-loader is also commercially available solution. This may work for your use-case, just the price makes it worth doing some calculations if it's worth for you.

For open-source printers, there is NightOwl XL, you can find it as a mod for NightOwl dual filament feeder https://github.com/mjonuschat/NightOwl/tree/main find it in Mods folder
If you connect 2 of them, you can configure klipper (potentially with extensions like HappyHare or AFC) to run in infinite spool mode. Klipper is very flexible in this regard, and you can use basically any extruder as additional feeder to help with large spools, and monitor filament runouts.

Alternatively, maybe a dumb motors (like one of motor testers you can get on Ali) and Y splitter which just pushes filament. If there is filament already present, it stalls if current is low enough, if it runs out, it will push it in. Untested though, just seen at RMRRF.
