E3D Revo High Temp hotend for printing 320c?

I am in the process of rebuild the Stealthburner on my 2.4 to print ~320c reliably. Does anyone here run a Revo High Temp hotside in their Stealthburner?

1. Does the HT square shaped heaterblock fit Stealthburner?
2. What to use instead of the silicone sock for insulation?
3. Will a hotend carriage printed with Polymaker PC sufficient?
