I need help!
I have a Voron 2.4 that I've had for about a year now and up until a month ago has been working fine.
I have a Revo hot end, clockworks extruder, BTT controller board. Running Klipper with Mainsail.

The problem started with the filament stopping feeding during a print. I would happen at any time during the print, 5 min in or 5 hours in. I have replaced the extrude gears, extruder motor, Heater block on the Hot end, Nozzle and have replace the motor driver. Also was able to print new extruder parts. I have also tried changes to my slicer settings. Unfortunately, this problem is inconsistent which makes it very difficult to find. I have had a few parts print that appeared to work fine. It appears that the filament is getting stuck in the hot end as the end gets larger like it was melted then cooled enough to get stuck, not sure where int the hot end it is getting stuck at. I did monitor the temp hot the hot end and didn't see any change in the temp. Also, my retract setting is at .2mm and retract speed at 40mm/s.

Right now, I'm about ready to throw this thing as far as I can throw it as I've been working the problem for about a month now and have run out of things to try.

If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it.

you may quite possibly have a bad hot end cooling fan. It may be spinning and looking like it’s working, but it doesn’t have enough RPMs to cool properly. Hence the heat creep and clogging. I would change out your hot end fan and see if that makes a difference. Not the part cooling fan.
