For the Z - Joint M5 Bolt - Should They be Loctite?

I cranked the speed up today for a 4 hour print job. I had one of the Z - Joint M5 bolts fall out. I had these lightly snugged down. I'm thinking of added some loctite. Thoughts?

Loctite is fine so long as none gets on the ABS. Snugging it down a little tighter also helps.
