No, it was really straightforward. Took me less than an hour and was an easy walk.

Note: I don't have the standard printhead - I have the Mini AfterSherpa with an Orbiter. But I think the procedure is probably similar.

From my memory:
1. Remove the two screws holding the printhead to the plastic headholder (which also has the belts tied into it).
2. The 4 screws holding the headholder to the X-Rail should now be exposed. unscrew.
3. Unscrew the Rail from the Alu bar.
4. Screw new rail to Alu bar + Attach headholder using the 4 screws + Attach the printhead using 2 screws.

Et voila!
