Is there a easy way to comment out a block of config code

I am trying to sort out my printer.cfg file since I added a EBB 2209 toolhead board.
I am including the BTT 2240 config file, but I am getting shutdown errors because I "think" I have some things double defined.
Is there a was to block out a section of the config file?
I currently have a "Extruder" defined in both config files.
ALSO....some of the parameters listed in the Octopus file are not listed in the EBB file.

Hi, if I recall it's ctrl+\ after you select lines you want to comment.
