Mains Wiring Safety

I am looking into a 2.4 LDO kit (350mm), but I am concerned about the bed running off of mains voltage. I saw this while looking through the assembly manual and now I am even more worried.

Do I have to be a "qualified personnel trained in local regulations and safety standards" to wire a Voron? Is there a way for me to run a 24V heated bed (potentially with an extra PSU) instead of using mains power?

Any help would be appreciated!

A 24v heater with enough wattage for a full size voron is...honestly more terrifying that a little bit of mains wiring. (That high a wattage, at 24v, means a very high current).

As for mains wiring though... you are the best judge of your own abilities. Do you need to be a certified trades electrician to wire a voron? No, almost certainly not. Is it a good idea to have some basic familiarity with electrical safety? Yes, definitely.

If you don't feel comfortable with mains wiring, install the parts and then find a qualified electrician to do the connecting up.

Or do what I did. I wired it up like I thought was right from the manual, then took some detailed pictures & quizzed the Voron community on Discord (or now, here). I got a couple of suggestions of minor changes, then it was off to the races. No smoke, no sparks, no flames.

Thank you all for your replies. I think I'm going to learn basic electrical safety, then do what @claudermilk did and take detailed photos of my wiring before I turn it on.
