'mcu': Unable to connect

I am building a VORON 2.4 350 mm ReV D with a Raspberry Pi 4 Model B and a Leviathan board. I get an error message "'mcu': Unable to connect" when Klipper Screen is trying to connect to the Leviathan board (MCU). When I try to get the USB addresses, either via Putty or Fluidd, I get only the address for the NightHawk board, i.e. is does not show the address for the Leviathan board. I have tried three different USB cables, that I know work, between the Raspberry Pi and the Leviathan board, with the same results.

Does anyone have any suggestions why the USB interface on the Leviathan board would not be responding?

have you flashed firmware onto the leviathan? Did it show up in DFU mode when you were doing that? (if so, then the USB cable is is fine, and something is wrong with the firmware you flashed)
