I'm working on a voron 2.4 with a monolith gantry with AWD and 9mm belts but i can't find a toolhead carriage, is there a repository on github for that?

For X carriage with 9 mm belts? Stock is 6 mm, you will need to reach for alternative X carriages from community mods with 9 mm support. CNC carriage may not be a bad idea.

Yes, i'm trying to find something suitable (3d printed to start with) for the stealthburner with the ability to keep the excess belt uncutted.

Stealth Changer supports 9mm. They have printable carriages an a new CNC by Fysetc. They are compatible with most hotends. Even if you don't use it for a tool changer, the carriage and backplate system makes a great TAP (lighter than stock) and makes working on your tooleads easy - I have them on both my V2s.

I'm in the process of swapping to a Funsor CNC 9mm mod on one of my V2s and have CNC SC carriages on the way.
