i have a voron trident with canbus and tab, 250x250 bed.

until a few days ago everything was working fine. now all of a sudden i can no longer access the printer dashboard via my web browser.
but the printer is displayed with its ip address in my network.

can anyone tell me what I need to do to regain access to the printer?

Can you ping it? Can you SSH in to the Pi? I think I recall mine doing that once and I think rebooting got the service running again.

Next thing I would try is to SSH in to the Pi and reboot.

I agree SSH into and launch KIAUH and do updates from there.

i have just plugged the printer back in. then entered the ip address in the browser, and now everything is working again.

i can't explain what it was but it works, i'm confused now.

but i will definitely look at everything with kiauh and update it if necessary.

Did you update moonraker and lost connection or what has changed?

Sometimes it just wants a reboot & some attention. Glad it's working again.

unfortunately it refuses to work again. but i found this before it disconnected again

Looks like you haven't done updates since 2023 on the machine until now. I would save your files and re-image Klipper then drop the files back. I know it seems like a lot of work but it shouldn't be too bad since you have the files.

Agreed. Sounds like time for a new image. Copy your config files off the printer, and any gcodes you want to throw back on without re-slicing.
