For a Voron 2.4, your best option is to start from a solid baseline profile and tune for each filament. You can find good starting points on the OrcaSlicer site, which offers presets that adapt easily to PrusaSlicer. A bit of tweaking for temp, flow, and PA will get PETG, PLA, and TPU dialed in quickly.
