Question repo has untracked source files

This is from the Fluid software update screen.

I have the same. It's the auto z script added files to the klipper folder.
I just ignored it for now.

I tried renaming the files in case they were unused but then I got startup errors so I had to put them back.

Well yes, you added them, so you probably need them.
It's just a warning, you can ignore it.

It might be possible to add the files to the .gitignore file to remove the warning.
