What is making my bed mesh look like this?

Did you do z cal and QGL first?
5mm tilt is ridiculous - you would be able to see that by eye.

Did you do QGL before mesh? This looks like it.

That was it now i just have another problem its like the bed mesh dosnt compensate for the bed but only on the left side the first layer looks good anywhere other than the left side of the bed where it needs to be lower
