Voron 2.4 build (from scratch)

First, I want to give a shout-out to the people who work hard to bring us the Voron projects. You guys are amazingly talented, and I am grateful that you share your talents with us all for FREE.

My knowledge of 3D printing is limited, but growing daily. I have designed and build several of my own printers, but none can match the speed, quality, and precision of the Voron 2.4 printer. I am currently building my own 2.4, but I am not using one of the kits available online. Using the configurator from the Voron website, I was able to source all the parts needed for my build. The cost is around the same as buying a kit, but I was able to use parts I had left over from other builds to save money, and it gave me the ability to pick and choose name brands I like.

Problems occurred when it came time to cut my aluminum extrusions to the proper sizes. With my limited knowledge, and weak math skills, I struggled trying to make sure I had the correct lengths for my build. In the Voron assembly manual, it doesn't give you these lengths, since, I believe, they assume most are using the kits. The manual does, however, have the dimensions listed for each printer's frame, but not the individual lengths or sizes of the pieces. Also, I chose to use 2040 extrusions for the top and bottom pieces of my frame. When you factor in my changes, it made the math a bit challenging for me, but not impossible.

As I stated above, I was able to pick and choose some brands I like to use. With my hot end, I have chosen to go with a longer ceramic heater. The typical ceramic heaters are 15mm long and the one I am going to use is 20mm long. My heat sink can mount two different ways, one being like the E3D V6, and the second being like the Ender 3 Pro or CR10 printers. There are several different print head STL files in the Stealth burner folder, but none are long enough for the type of heater I'd like to use. The fan ducts are not long enough for the air to cool the filament properly. Can someone point me in the right direction to find a file that may work? I want to use the Voron Stealth Burner hot end setup with my new 2.4 build, if I can find the correct files. My skills at designing or changing CAD files are very limited. Tinkercad is a challenge for me. (lol)

Thanks for any help.
