Voron 2.4 Rough side

Hi, my Voron 2.4 is printing fine, except for the back side, which it always makes some dents and blobs, and then strings. I noticed it was creating zits and blobs during print, but it doesn't seem to be any of the problems described in the 3dp articles. The issue seems to be worse on PETG than it is on ABS. I tried drying the filament, but it does not seem to work. I suspect it to be the Stealthburner fan (the one below the part cooling one), as I had recently switched them, but it does not seem to be the problem. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Could it be a Stealthburner problem? I've been messing around with it for a while, pretty sure nothings broken, but I'm not certain

Could be Steathburner, or the cooling fan.
What is the material used?
Has the printer and or filament been calibrated? Flow, input shaper, speeds and so on?

I haven't calibrated input shaper in quite a while, and last time I calibrated flow was around a month ago. Thank you for your suggestion. Once I have some free time I will definitely try re-calibrate my printer

I think it's something to do with filament oozing from my nozzle. I also noticed some little blobs during 3d prints, and PETG prints worse than ABS which probably shows that the oozing from the PETG had something to do with the problem.

Thank you so much for the suggestions by the way, that guide was useful and I'm currently calibrating my printer now.

I think I would see if you can do some cooling calibration like various fan speeds to see how they turn out.
